Using double sided tape the anchor can be attached to any smooth surface and have a carabiner or lanyard clipped to it to tie down a disrupter being fired in a tactical scenario
Typically used with the Tactical disrupter (K4300-12) or the T3 (K4500PL) in the 18in configuration
